VW Infotainment UI

This 7-month project for the VW Design department involved providing support for the UI production cycle of their next-generation infotainment system.

I had the honor of being responsible for a team that at times grew to include up to 11 members, consisting of both colleagues and contractors new to the project.

While managing the production’s strict timeline, I also collaborated with a character animator to develop the new appearance of the voice assistant.

2023 - 7 months, for Volkswagen Design
My roles included Project Lead, SCRUM Master, UI Design, Art Director

Led a team of 10 designers, including new contractors, ensuring productivity and motivation.

Managed strict production timelines, effectively maintaining the flow of a complex, multi-stage production process.

Organized and facilitated workshops with up to 20 collaborators to drive efficient ideation, co-creation, planning, and effective resolution of project blockers.

Served as Art Director for character animation and motion design, providing guidance to ensure an industry grade quality.
